Finished Basement: family room with p/o sofa, bedroom with 2 twins, bedroom with set of bunks (double on bottom/twin on top), and half bath.


Fully equipped, spacious & private chalet with wireless internet.


Available for Standard or Extended Winter Seasonal Rental (Call for Details).

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

    I had a great winter rental experience at 10 Winnigon in Madison this winter. It was a great location for us with easy access to the mountains and a comfortable distance from home. The house was perfect - not too bit or too small and had everything we needed to make our season great.
