Looking for a vacation home you will be talking about for years to come? Stay in our picturesque Cathedral Ledge setting and you won’t be able to stop talking about it! Enjoy beautiful views of the Ledge right from the deck of this contemporary style home or from the many large windows that make this home so bright. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of space to accommodate a family of 10 and tons of local attractions just minutes away that will entertain even the fussiest of travelers.


This rental is located within a 10 minutes walk/2 minutes drive to Echo Lake and the Saco River.



Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Roku for streaming, VCR, DVD player, gas grill, 4 mini split AC units (living room and 3 bedrooms), fireplace and high speed internet.

First Level: living room with queen size pull out sofa (sleeps 2), dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), and full bath.

Second Level: bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), bedroom with queen and set of bunks (sleeps 4), and full bath.

Available for summer, fall and spring short term rentals.

  We had a great time at this house but a little was off.. There was a used flute glass on the mantle and dishes still in the dish washer. You would think with everything going on and the property having a cleaning company these things would have been taken care of, we left those items right where they were. Other than that everything was amazing.

  We loved our stay with 2 small exceptions. The weather was very hot and the house has no AC, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The water pressure in the showers is almost non existent. The house was beautiful and we would recommend.

  Our experience at the Costa property was wonderful. From making the reservation to arriving at the property everything was smooth— as anyone would want, especially on a vacation! Conversations with the rental agency were friendly and informative.
  The property itself is wonderful for families. Our two families found the layout to be conducive to privacy at bedtime with bedrooms an a bathroom on both floors and a nice open area to socialize. The dining area was great for playing games as well as eating. The living room was comfy and well appointed with couches and seating.
  The setting was in a quiet rural type neighborhood, yet close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, events and hiking trails.
  We were totally satisfied and happy with our experience.

  Location, location, location!!! If you like the confluence of nature and nice amenities, this place is perfect for you. The house was clean and nicely supplied and equipped. We took several hikes to echo lake and to White Horse Ledge as well as going up to Cathedral Ledge about 4 times during our stay. Also, the beautiful town of North Conway with all its wonderful small shops and restaurant are literally minutes away.
