North Conway Village, Cranmore Mountain, Story Land, hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping are all only a short drive away.

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, this welcoming retreat offers plenty of space for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and make lasting vacation memories. Large windows fill the home with natural light, while comfortable living and dining areas provide inviting spaces to gather. Four mini-split systems keep the living area and all three bedrooms cool during warmer weather, while the pellet stove adds cozy warmth after a day of hiking, leaf-peeping, skiing, or exploring North Conway.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to take in beautiful views of Cathedral Ledge. Start the morning with coffee in the fresh mountain air, prepare an easy dinner on the gas grill, or simply unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Leash required (NH state law). Dogs are not permitted on public or association beaches. Nearby pet friendly spots: Four Your Paws Only bakery and store, Saco Bound canoe trips, NH State Parks/Hiking (excluding pavilions and beach areas and many Settler’s Green outlets.   We had a great time at this house but a little was off.. There was a used flute glass on the mantle and dishes still in the dish washer. You would think with everything going on and the property having a cleaning company these things would have been taken care of, we left those items right where they were. Other than that everything was amazing.

  We loved our stay with 2 small exceptions. The weather was very hot and the house has no AC, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The water pressure in the showers is almost non existent. The house was beautiful and we would recommend.

  Our experience at the Costa property was wonderful. From making the reservation to arriving at the property everything was smooth— as anyone would want, especially on a vacation! Conversations with the rental agency were friendly and informative.
  The property itself is wonderful for families. Our two families found the layout to be conducive to privacy at bedtime with bedrooms an a bathroom on both floors and a nice open area to socialize. The dining area was great for playing games as well as eating. The living room was comfy and well appointed with couches and seating.
  The setting was in a quiet rural type neighborhood, yet close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, events and hiking trails.
  We were totally satisfied and happy with our experience.

  Location, location, location!!! If you like the confluence of nature and nice amenities, this place is perfect for you. The house was clean and nicely supplied and equipped. We took several hikes to echo lake and to White Horse Ledge as well as going up to Cathedral Ledge about 4 times during our stay. Also, the beautiful town of North Conway with all its wonderful small shops and restaurant are literally minutes away.
