Spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental in Eidelweiss Village. This large home is a perfect 4-season getaway destination offering space for up to 8 people. The floor plan is open and airy and will accommodate everyone in your group effortlessly! The main living area has sizable wraparound leather sofa, a perfect spot to gather and relax after a busy day in the Valley; not to mention the open-concept kitchen that will afford your group the opportunity to spend quality time together while fixing a great meal. The main level includes an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The second level of the home offers a bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, a bedroom with king bed, and an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a half bath. Outside you will find a Juliet balcony as well as an ample size deck equipped with a propane grill and a good size sized fire pit that's just begging to have s’mores roasted over it! 5 beautiful beaches are only minutes away and Silver Lake is only a few miles down the road! The local mountains like King Pine, Cranmore and Attitash are about 15 – 25 minutes from this great house!

Layout:

First Level: Kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with queen bed and full bath.

Second Level: Bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, bedroom with king bed, area with 2 twin beds and half bath.

Amenities Include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, internet, wood stove, 3 window Air Conditioners (summer only), pool table w/ interchangeable ping pong top, Foosball table & dart board (in basement), standard coffee maker and Keurig, 2 person canoe, gas grill and fire pit - FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED.

Available: Weekend and weekly rentals during the spring, summer, fall and winter.

** Note: It’s important to remember to bring sheets and towels based on your bedding and bath needs, as we do not provide them. Blankets, comforters, and pillows are supplied at the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.**

Restrictions: No Smoking.

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

***Cancellation Policy: All cancellations without exception are subject to the forfeiture of the processing fee + tax. All STR cancellations without exception within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies including fees, deposits and advance rents made on the reservation.***

  We had a wonderful vacation staying at the Burns property. From the moment we picked up the keys. The property management was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The home was so comfortable, I felt like it was my own. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! Close to North Conway and all the activities we did during the week. The middle pond was amazing! It was so clean and refreshing during the hot week we had. We loved it so much we booked for 2023 when we checked out!

  Perfect location with the pond within walking distance for swimming and canoeing, which we truly enjoyed. The canoe was available as a part of the stay.   Lovely home, clean and comfortable in every way. Well stocked up kitchen, ping pong and other games in the basement were great fun. Walking to the pond for a swim was an added bonus. Quiet and beautiful nature settings. We were even visited by a deer family a few times.

  The Bowes property is exactly what you imagine when searching for a ski cabin; Big wood stove, cozy living room, fun basement with games, and plenty of bedrooms to accomadate the whole family! Further, the property was spotless and well maintained!
  
  During our stay, we had full access to North Conway (15mins), 4-5 ski resorts (45mins), and snowmobile trails. Needless to say, we were close to everything!
  
  We developed a great relationship with the Bowes and Select Real Estate. We had a few requests and questions regarding the house and they were more than accommodating.
  
  I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation home!

  This place was very roomy and clean. The set-up was perfect to relax at the end of the day. Loved the ponds in the area exclusive for the people that live there. Had every utensil you can imagine for cooking. I especially enjoyed our master spacious and with a deck. the airconditioning kept us cool during the humidity. and I loved the wrap around couch.   I had a great stay. The place was very clean and plenty of room. The only issue I had was I did not get cell phone service. Even with the WIFI. I would definitely recommend this place. Only a 5 min walk to the beach.
