If you are looking for a great place to relax, you have come to the right place. Enjoy seasonal views from the wrap around deck and the peace and quiet that Mother Nature had intended.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this Madison log cabin is great for groups and accommodates up to 13 people. Enjoy the private back yard in this peaceful setting through the lower level walk out. This home includes bright open living space, gas fireplace and large family room with 40’ flat screen TV with ROKU and Foosball table. Another great feature is the screen room with 6 person hot tub, great for relaxing after a long day of White Mountain fun!
The main floor consists of the living and dining area, galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 1st bedroom with queen bed (mattress recently updated 11/13/21), large closets and a full bath in the hallway. The second floor is made up of the 2nd bedroom with queen bed (mattress recently updated 11/13/21) and private balcony, 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds and private balcony, and the 2nd full bath. The lower level has a large room with entertainment system, flat screen TV, pull out sofa and day bed, the 4th bedroom includes a double bed, the 5th bedroom also has a double bed and the 3rd full bath is off the hallway and includes a washing machine and dryer.

Property includes a large wrap around deck that was replaced in 2022. Snow is not removed from back portion of the deck during the snowy months.

Check in will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH. Check in is 4:00pm



Restrictions: No Pets, No Smoking

NOTE:***Sheet sets and towels not provided, please plan accordingly***; However, blankets, comforters and pillows are supplied.



Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, Roku, outdoor chairs, gas grill (located in yard, not on deck - depending on snow, the grill may be inaccessible), high speed wireless internet. During the summer months, there are 2 window unit air conditioners that are located in the bedroom with queen on the main level and the bedroom with queen bed on the second level ***air hockey table in basement has been removed***.

First Level: living room with gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen and full bath.


Second Level: bedroom with queen, bedroom with bunk and full bath.


Finished Basement: family room with 40" flat screen TV, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed, full bath and queen pull out sofa and daybed.

All cancellations without exception within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies including fees, deposits and advance rents made on the reservation.***

  The week was an adventure though nothing to do with the home or rental office. Due to the heavy rains the area had, getting around took a bit longer. A couple roads leading to the house as well as others, were washed out or damaged so we needed to go alternate roads. Expected repairs took longer than originally anticipated so you just go with the flow.
  The cabin was as described and the kitchen well stocked with anything you’d need. A large fridge held everything we brought. Property management was great to work with. We had something that needed to be addressed and response was prompt. The landscaping could use some TLC.

  My friends and I were very excited for this ski trip after the long and rough 2020 year. The cabin was beautiful. It had a very easy to use fireplace, just press a button. The hot tub was amazing to use after a day snowboarding. I like that it was on an outdoor screened in porch. The kitchen had a lot of tools and pots to use. There was a bathroom on all 3 floors which was useful for all 13 of us. There was a full bed and bunk bed on top floor. A full bed on main floor. There were two full beds in basement, a pull out couch full size bed and a small twin on the side. I wish they still had the air hockey table but my friends and I brought games to play. The cabin does have games but they are all super old from like the 80s. I would suggest bringing cards and your own games. The main floor had a small TV in the corner, I know some people wish there was a bigger TV there for football. There was a bigger TV in basement but it was only ~ 40 inches or so. They have a big stereo in basement that you can hook up to. It only seems to work with an iphone. We has brought our own speakers for music anyways. Attitash was about 25-30 minutes away. There was a gas station near by. Shaws was about 10-15 mins away as well as Select real estate. We were instructed to drop trash off at Select real estate dumpster so I made a trip to the dumpster separately before we all left. It would have been hard to have cars full of people, snowboarding stuff and bags of clothes with the trash bags. Also near Select was a NH liquor outlet and cool stores. I wish I got to check out the cool stores. Maybe next time! Overall, this was a nice cabin to stay at.

  My family had a great time. The place was clean. I feel towels should be included. Especially the kitchen towels. Even though one of the games had a broken leg I think it was foosball. I am glad I seen it before the kids got there because I probably would of blamed them. But I noticed it first because I went to move it. And it’s been 2 weeks and still don’t have my deposit?

  My family and I had a great time at this property. There were 8 of us total and even though it rained much of the week, we were able to spread out and relax. The hot tub was really nice for the chilly nights and the game room set up on the bottom floor was fun for all. We had a couple of clear nights for star gazing on the enormous wrap around porch and enjoyed the beautiful and easy to use fire place each night. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were very clean. The beds were a little soft for most of us, but we still had a nice time. We did have a little issue with a few ants because of the change in season, but management offered to come out right away. All in all, it was everything you would expect from a log cabin with all the modern comforts of home.

  We rented this property for a family reunion weekend. Great place with an awesome view and plenty of room for the extended family. Setup is outstanding for a large group with an open floor plan, large kitchen and seating between eating area and living room. Short ride to Conway, stores and restaurants.   We were a group of 13 including 5 children under six, 6 parents, and 2 grandparents. We were able to make the sleeping arrangement work but one couple had to sleep in bunk beds and another in a double bottom bunk. Most children were too small for bunkbeds.
