Nestled in the desirable neighborhood of Cathedral Ledge is this charming chalet with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths that will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. When entering into this home you are greeted by a wonderfully cozy sitting room with windows that surround you and offer plenty of natural light and a convenient half bath. Next there is the warm open concept main living area that includes the kitchen, dining and living area (wood stove unavailable). Finally we come to the lower level which offers sleeping for up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and a full bath. This property has all you need to keep you comfortable during the winter season whether you are skiing or snowboarding Cranmore, Attitash or Wildcat or ice climbing Cathedral Ledge. There are plenty of things to do and see while enjoying all the comforts of home at this beautiful winter season chalet! Only minutes from North Conway's great attractions and restaurants!

This property will allow ONE (1) dog.

Upper Level: Open concept living area with kitchen, dining area and living room (wood stove unavailable).

Lower Level: Two bedrooms each with double bed, one bedroom with two twin size bunk beds, one bedroom with twin size bunk bed, full bath.

Entry: Bonus room with lots of light and a half bath.

Amenities include:Washing machine, dryer, DVD player, Internet, cable TV and VCR.

Available: Weekend and weekly short term rentals.

** Note: It’s important to remember to bring sheets and towels based on your bedding and bath needs, as we do not provide them. Blankets, comforters, and pillows are supplied at the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.**

Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in is 4pm.

All cancellations without exception within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies including fees, deposits and advance rents made on the reservation.***

    We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were a couple of issues that were addressed by the agency promptly. Very nice location too! Floors are creeky though so that was a problem for those trying to sleep downstairs. The kitchen was very stocked and there are plenty of fans. There is no AC. I would stay here again.

    House was just as pictured from the images provided. Layout of the house was perfect for our stay, and the best part about this house was the location to the lake and the trails for us. We brought our dog with us, and the only outside trash can we noticed was on the far side of the house to use, which wasn’t that convenient when we went out later in the evening. The floors do creak a bit, so once you are in the bedrooms you do hear every step and move someone makes upstairs. Our stay was during a very hot week and the house doesn’t have an a/c, which it states but they do offer many fans to use in the rooms. Even with the fans it was still a bit stuffy to enjoy the house a few days during our stay. It does state in the house rules that you can’t have a fire on the property but we did see a fire pit on the property so that probably shouldn’t be there in case a guest was to use it.
