  Great location for the house off of 302,and on the Saco River. Kids loved the location the the trundle bed!
  Great fire place on 1st floor and usable kitchen (with supplies)!
  The rental company was very easy to work! We would definitely recommend this home and consider going back soon!
  Only knocks were grille was not appealing to use (so we cooked inside and hung inside vs porch) and the water smelled like pennies (bring water with you to drink).

  We loved staying at this property! The house is really nice and has a great layout. The location is wonderful- secluded yet close to so much, including Story Land, North Conway, hiking, etc. The kids loved playing in the rocky river behind the house, which is very clean - just sand, rocks and water. The adults enjoyed the game room and fire pit. My only complaint is that the tap water had a very strong smell of iron. I did don’t feel comfortable drinking it as-is, but we used it for cooking and coffee without issue. I will definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return some day!

  The house was amazing and in a perfect quiet location. The property was very nice as well. Everyone that went had a great time. The house was beat and clean. Only small issue is that there is a ant problem that was only in the kitchen on the counters. They are very tiny tiny ants. We were going to get
  Some ant traps but saw that someone had already placed some. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely come back in the future.

  This home was very spacious with a slow, rocky river in the backyard ideal for my 3 year old grandson! The sandy bank was perfect for building sandcastles! Lots of seating in the kitchen with a peninsula that was perfect for the kids. A definite revisit!

  We always go through Select Real Estate for our vacations to NH and it's always a positive experience. This was the first time staying at the Rocky Rivers Edge property and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Three bathrooms made getting ready a breeze and there was plenty of space for the kids to entertain themselves. The river was a quick walk down the path and it was great getting to listen to it from the double sliding glass doors. Beautiful and secluded location.

  A wonderful home right on the river. Great central location - hiking, fishing, trains and lots of other fun stuff all close by. Make sure to bring your rubber boots to take full advantage of wading in the stream!

  Very comfortable , lots of room for 3 couples. Everyone seems to leave something to make it more homey like saran wrap, spices etc. Theres a charcole BBQ not propane but worked well. We brought our own towels, faceclothes and sleeping bags theres lots of pillows but no cases. We will be back to this house again forsure very nice and close to everything.
