Enjoy your next vacation at this beautiful Eagle Ridge Condo in Intervale, NH with beautiful mountain view. This first floor well equipped condo includes "Cuddl Duds" sheets and plush towels and will comfortably sleep 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The wonderful open concept design makes it easy for guests to enjoy each others company while cooking or watching TV. The kitchen includes all the basic essentials as well as a dishwasher and beautiful granite counter tops. All three bedrooms offer ample space and include; a bedroom with twin bed and double bed, bedroom with queen bed and master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. There is also a second full bath off the living room. Relax and unwind on the back porch and take in the beautiful mountain view. In the evening, look for shooting stars and constellations, the view of the night sky in the mountains is nothing short of amazing! The association offers a great in-ground pool and tennis court, both of which are available for guest use.

This condo has a great location for any season, close to skiing and snowboarding, minutes from North Conway, amazing hiking and biking trails, Story Land and so much more!

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

*This unit has 2 parking spaces. Overflow parking available.*

*This unit does not have air conditioning; However there are fans for each bedroom room.*

Amenities include: Dishwasher, standard coffee maker with option for K-Cups, washing machine, dryer, internet, basic cable TV and Netflix, gas stove, tennis courts and association pool. Condo includes all bed linens and bath towels. ***Pool and tennis court are only available during the summer months***

This condo includes towels and "Cuddl Duds" sheets.

Available for weekend and weekly rentals.

***Cancellation Policy: All cancellations without exception are subject to the forfeiture of the processing fee + tax. Perfect interior set up with the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area leading to the living room. We really enjoyed the covered deck out back overlooking the Moat Mountain Range. Hubby and I rented it just for us (no kids) twice this summer, and it was wonderful...a nice, safe getaway from the every day of the pandemic.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Eagle's Nest on Eagle Ridge, Intervale unit G59. The view is wonderful! The Bartlett Mountain Trail hike we took right from the complex was splendid. The gas fireplace made the evenings cozy without the mess. They did provide linens, towels, blankets and pillows but it was confusing because the agreement stated they would not provide them. I found out they would be available because I called Select Real Estate to clarify. I cleaned the unit very well prior to our departure and found a lot of
  dirt and stuff that had been dropped behind the beds and dressers by other people so it was clear the cleaners do poor job sweeping those areas. There was a bottle cap on the porch. Other than those things the unit was clean. They could use more plugs with USB ports. The area is lovely and the conveniences of North Conway are close by. We had a terrific time and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

  It was a lovely condo. It had all the comforts of home minus air conditioning. We knew that when renting. However it was so hot it was hard to sleep. And we had a storm that took the power out. Not the owners fault. But still uncomfortable. I won’t rent again only because of the lack of air conditioning. A flashlight would have been nice too.

  We really had a good time at the property - it’s beautiful, open and located close to Mt. Washington. The only downside(probably during only our visit) was that air conditioning of the property was not working. Fans were provided in all rooms but that did not suffice given the heat.

  This condominium was picture perfect located in a nice quiet building with breathtaking views. The unit was beautifully furnished and exceptionally immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked to make breakfast favorites and dinners as well.
  The living and dining areas were just as pictured and we loved the coziness of gas wood stove after a day of skiing and Cranmore was just a few minutes away!
  The bedrooms, bedding, and beds were extremely comfortable. My husband and I travelled with our 15yr 11yr and 10yr old children and everyone had them perfect amount of privacy and space.
  The spacious hallway and bench were fantastic for hanging all our ski wear to dry.
  We loved it here, and definitely wish to return next year to make more incredible memories!

  Very nicely appointed condo in a great location in the White Mountains. Tons of space and great first floor location making it very easy to move in and out with a family of five. All three bedrooms had plenty of space, and master suite with its own bedroom. This condo also has amazing west facing views to Cathedral Ledge along with great sunsets each evening. Also, Eagle Ridge has a nice pool and tennis court in the summer. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a low maintenance property close to skiing, hiking and anything related to the outdoors in the Mount Washington Valley.

  The condo was clean,furnishing was upscale and had everything we needed. It would been better if it had central air conditioning. Although there a ceiling fan and one window fan, and cooler summer nights but the unit was still hot due to the humidity. I recommend bring more fans. You can't use an indoor A/C unit due to the casement windows. The pool was nice addition to cooling down. Love the mountain view from the back porch. We also had issue of no hot water at times if you did laundry and showers at the same time. The location is close to everything - Storyland, outlets, downtown, Diana's Bath, and Cranmore. Lots of dinning nearby. Overall we had a great time.

  We came for a two-week summer vacation with a family of six (kids age between one and nine). Everybody enjoyed the time very much.
  The property is in a really nice location - with great view across the valley towards Cathedral Ledge, lots of hiking opportunities, some starting very close to the house, and multiple options to spend time at the water - Echo Lake, Saco River, Diana's Bath or the convenient community pool.
  The Eagle's Nest was the perfect base camp for our daily trips and spacious enough to spend a day inside playing when the weather does not cooperate.
