Located on Middle Pea Porridge Pond in Madison, NH you will find this lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront home with accommodations for up to 12 people. Enjoy your own private sandy beach with swim dock, fire pit and private hot tub. For added convenience, the owners have provided 2 kayaks, a canoe and a flat bottom John boat for guest to explore and enjoy the pond.
The main level of this houses includes a spacious kitchen that any cook would love, complete with a 6-burner gas stove, granite counter tops, dishwasher and spacious island with seating for 3. A dining area with additional counter and cabinet space, half bath, living room with views of the pond, gas fireplace, A/C and slider doors to the spacious deck.

The second level is where you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and 2 twin beds (each sleep 1) and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). All three bedrooms have air conditioners.
In the finished lower level you will find a great family room with full size pull out sofa (sleeps 2), queen bed (sleeps 2) Foosball table, tons of board games, TV and full bathroom. The lower level also includes a walk out to the back yard/beach.

This property is located only minutes from North Conway, NH where you will find tons of great restaurants, outlet shopping, hiking and biking trails and great ski mountains. There is something to do every season!

(Owner Waterfront Description) - "We have a nice flat sandy beach with a swim platform that we put out with a ladder. We have 2 docks for swimming and/or fishing, etc. The beach allows for walking right into the water on a gradual slope (easy for kids of all ages)- into sandy bottom in the beginning and then slightly rocky bottom further out. I believe that the beach faces west and gets sun throughout the day. We are right at the section that also connects up to the Little Pea Porridge pond so swimming, fishing, boating is fun and easy from this spot."

  Courtney was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. The property was as described. It is a beautiful location. It was restful and relaxing sitting on the large deck. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, water, raft and hot tub.. The beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay. 4 stars because: Kitchen could be better organized (Why is the flashlight in the silverware draw? Where are the big bowls? Gave up on finding the contractor bags.).
  4 face cloths are not enough if you are advertising for 10. Replace the ice cube trays.

  Beautiful location, well-maintained property, hot tub luxury addition, convenient to activities yet far enough away for quiet, lovely pond for kayaking, and nice road system for jogging. The only disappointment was something totally out of the owner's or rental control, and that is the noise of construction nearby during the week that started sometimes at 7 am until 3 pm, so we tried to plan our activity days (mini golf, shopping, etc...) during most of that.

  We had a great week long stay! We utilized the Sandy beach, kayaks, canoe and pedal boat! The house was beautiful and we loved the amount of space in the kitchen. The lake was a great spot for fishing, but there were a lot of kayakers who fished very close to our beach since we were close to the canal connecting middle pea pond to little pea pond. Courtney at select was incredibly helpful throughout the booking, check in and check out process. We immediately booked another rental for next year.

  Overall the week was wonderful. We enjoyed the house and waterfront property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and typical kitchen amenities. The layout of the house was great and we enjoyed the deck and sandy beach area. A few areas that would have made the experience a bit better. The house could use a good power washing. It is extremely dirty on the deck side which made it a bit of an eye sore. We had to call to have the hottub serviced as it was not serviced on the scheduled date and it never fully got clean so I would suggest two cleanings a week. The deck is a bit uneven which was evident when being in hottub as water went over edges when only 2-3 people were in hottub. The basement bathroom had an awful smell so we didn't use it. And lastly the house is worn, stain carpets, chipped paint, older furniture etc. A deep clean and tighter screws would make it a bit more appealing. The dock was nice but the area was very rocky so we didn't allow kids to jump off it. Property management from booking to checking out was fabulous.
