“The Villager” located in the heart of downtown North Conway, is a great vacation spot for any time of year! This bright and cheerful Cape style home will comfortably sleep 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The updated kitchen offers beautiful stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove for the cooking enthusiast and dishwasher for easy clean up. The beautiful granite counter tops accent this kitchen beautifully and even offer breakfast bar seating for 2. The living room is open to the kitchen and have a large flat screen TV for your favorite shows and movies and a charming gas fireplace perfect for that cozy cabin feel. Off the main living area, you will find a spacious bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) and flat screen TV, a full bathroom with double vanity, laundry room with washer and dryer and a mudroom off the kitchen which is perfect for storing outdoor equipment.

The upstairs offers 2 additional bedrooms as well as a second full bathroom. The first bedroom includes a king size bed (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a full bed (sleeps 2) and twin bed (sleeps 1). Both bedrooms upstairs have a flat screen TV.

Outside you will enjoy the large yard with picnic table and new outdoor pizza oven! For the outdoor enthusiast the owner has also provided a fire pit (permit required) and gas fire pit (no permit required) for guests to enjoy.

When staying at this house, you are close to everything that North Conway has to offer. Skiing, hiking, biking, shopping, restaurants… You name it, it is only moments away!

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, cable TV, internet, gas fire place and window unit air conditioners in all 3 bedrooms and living room (warmer months only). Gas and wood burning fire pit available for outdoor use. Wood burning fire pit will require a permit from the fire department. New as of May 2023 - Outdoor Pizza Oven!

  The unit is conveniently located near activities and shopping in N Conway. Ant it's easy to visit both Maine and Vermont. The garbage dumpster (where you have to dispose of garbage) is conveniently located a 10-15 minute drive. As are stores where you can buy linens, towels, and wash clothes that you'll need to buy if you didn't have room to pack them. The unit is easy to find using Wayz GPS, and you can't miss it because of the Pepto Bismol pink color. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was large enough for a party of three. We had a great time visiting NH, Vermont, and Maine.

  My wife and I were traveling with 3 young kids (5, 3 and 4 months), and this place worked out well for us! We slept in the king bed and had room for a pack and play - the 2 older kids stayed in the full bed and twin bed across the hall. There was also a queen bed on the first floor, so there was plenty of space. Two full bathrooms, plus a washer and dryer, were big perks for our family. Ten minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants in town, and fifteen minute drive to Storyland. Window ACs in each room were good to have.

  1.Front door entrance was locked making it impossible to exit thru door. Making the back entrance only means of exiting in case of emergence. ? safety.

  In addition to all of the 5 star ratings given: kitchen appliances all new, everything you need to cook / eat at home, access to skiing/snowboarding, shopping, restaurants, 3 min drive to Cranmore resort, 18 min drive to Attitash, 10 min walk to downtown, house gets very warm especially upstairs, washer dryer excellent, TV in every bedroom (kids loved that and they got to each have their own room), house can comfortably sleep 5, ample blankets, comforters, pillows, bring your own sheets/ pillow cases for bedding and towels for bathrooms or can rent from agent, backyard covered in snow and was great for us to play ball with our dog, driveway was plowed while we were there during a small winter storm, all-in-all a great family vacation

  The Villager was a very pleasant stay. The location is terrific, walking distance with young grandkids to downtown. We enjoyed the closeness of several lakes, Storyland, the beautiful scenic views on the Kancamagus Highway, and the chair lift with views at Cranmore Mountain, around the corner. Did find some debris and clothes under sofas and some beds when we arrived, but overall it was very clean. We also mentioned to the property manager, Courtney, about some plugs going into outlets behind bed mattresses bending under pressure of the mattress. She was very cooperative and would relay information to owner as a safety precaution.

  The little pink house was a perfect place for my family of five to spend our ski trip. It was really close to downtown and Cranmore and all the shops and dining. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The yard was snowed in but we still managed to use the gas fire pit I imagine the yard would be great in the warmer months. We would recommend this property.

  My family and I stayed here over MLK weekend along with our golden retriever puppy and we had a great stay! The location is walking distance to downtown and minutes from Cranmore Mountain where we went skiing. The description and pictures of the house are accurate and the rental company was professional and very easy to reach when I had questions. My only complaint is that when we checked out on Monday, there was a snow storm and we had to shovel the driveway ourselves which took a while. However, the rental company did let us have a later check-out which was very much appreciated as we needed that extra time. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely rent this house again.

  We had a great week staying at the villager. It was so close to everything, room enough for all five of us, yet cozy enough for us to have our game nights and be together when we wanted to.   The Villager was a perfect house for us. We were on vacation with our two grandsons ages 7 and 4 1/2. The home is nicely tucked away off the main road, but so close to all he fun activities for the kids. The home is nicely decorated and was very clean. It was very comfortable just like home, The yard is huge, they have a nice patio for a bbq and plenty of space for the kids and our dog to run
  around. We would definitely consider renting this home in the future, The property manager was very pleasant and helpful during our booking.
