New Hampshire vacations start with great houses like the Eidelweiss Retreat! Enjoy your next getaway in this welcoming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with sleeping for up to 9 people. The open concept layout flows perfectly from space to space and incorporates the deck and outdoor area with ease. Hang out in the living room by the glow of the charming gas fireplace or cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen complete with the essentials and dishwasher for easy clean up! The main level of this house also includes a full bath, bedroom with bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom – sleeps 3), bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) and master bath with shower.

The open second level (airy loft) is enhanced by the 4 sky lights that offer the perfect amount of natural illumination. Here you will find a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a separate room with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2).

A great bonus feature of this house is the game room located in the finished basement complete with large flat screen TV, mini pool table, ping pong table, dart board, Wii console/games and comfy seating area.

This is the perfect summer retreat - Close to the beach, minutes from down town North Conway and a short drive from Silver Lake. There are tons of things to see and do in and around the Mount Washington Valley, and this house makes the perfect place to call “home” for your next visit!

Check in will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH. Check in is 4:00pm

Please note, sheets and towels are not provided; However, blankets, comforters and pillows are supplied at the property.

Amenities include: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, internet, basic cable, SMART TV, fire pit - FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED, gas fire place, grill, game room with mini pool table, dart board, Wii console & games, Pack n’ Play and booster seat. Outdoor furniture includes 8 plastic chairs, 4 folding chairs and deck furniture (round table and chairs).

Restrictions – NO PETS, NO SMOKING


Layout:

Mud Room: Washing machine, clothes dryer & coat closet.

First Floor - Open concept kitchen, living and dining area, full bathroom, bedroom with bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom), bedroom with queen bed and master bathroom with shower.

Open Airy Loft - Queen bed and bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Finished Basement - Game room with mini pool table, dart board, ping pong table, flat screen TV, Wii console and games.

Sheets and towels are not included, please let us know if you have any questions.

***Cancellation Policy: All cancellations without exception are subject to the forfeiture of the processing fee + tax. All cancellations without exception within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies including fees, deposits and advance rents made on the reservation.***

  Great place to stay with yard to play games. It was however very hot during our stay and it would have helped to have air conditioning. Also, we had no garbage cans in which to store our garbage as the transfer station is closed most of week.

  Comfortable, clean. Great amenities in the home. Close proximity to the beach ..2 minute drive. Short walk but it is uphill. Fire permit and check in process both very easy. Location is good for exploring area attractions.
