This immaculate 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse offers sleeping for up to 6 people and is located just steps from the pristine Saco River in Center Conway, NH. The home owners have put lots of love and care into renovating this property to truly make it shine! Custom doors and door trim enhance the main kitchen area and includes a beautiful handmade kitchen island that can be expanded to offer additional dining or counter space. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you would need to prepare and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal; Electric stove, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, electric tea kettle, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, dishes and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a convenient half bath with toilet and sink. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area with dining space for 4 - 6 people at the table and kitchen island. The open living room includes a comfortable couch and love seat, large flat screen TV and beautiful view of the Saco River. From the living room you can access a charming deck with high-top table and 2 chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee/tea, or star gazing in the evening.

As you make your way upstairs you are greeted with a bright and cheerful bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) and large closet. During the summer months, window air conditioners are provided for the 2 bedrooms and living room. Off the bedroom in the hallway is a full bath with tub/shower combination. The spacious master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with queen bed (sleeps 2) and views of the Saco River.

The finished lower level includes a twin size bunk bed (sleeps 2) and sitting area with couch and flat screen TV and full bathroom with washing machine and dryer. From the sitting area you can access the French doors that lead out to a covered patio area with gas grill and chairs. From the grassy back yard you can walk down the path where you will find the Saco Pines Association access to the Saco River.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, standard coffee maker, cable, internet/wifi, basic cable, Roku TV, window unit A/C (summer months only), gas grill and linens (sheets and towels are provided).

Check in will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH. Check in is 4:00pm

One well behaved dog welcome - MAXIMUM 1 DOG - Owner has provided an extra large dog crate. Dog must be crated when left alone at the property.

*Two car limit - Additional cars must park in overflow parking.

Doggie Don’ts

• Dogs must be leashed as there is a NH State leash law in effect. The Saco Pines Association also requires dogs to be leashed while in any common area and on the beach.
• Dogs are not permitted on public and association beaches (fines apply). ***Dog allowed on Saco Pines beach but must be leashed and must be cleaned up after.***

  This home was everything it was supposed to be and we had a really nice time staying there. The house was perfect, clean and had every amenity you could ask for. Additionally, it was close to everything. Shopping on North Conway was so much fun, and driving the Kancamangus Highway was beautiful.
