Just off the mudroom is the open concept living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and dining area with seating for 6. The living room features a beautiful stone fire place with newly installed wood stove insert, comfy sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The main level also includes a bedroom with queen bed and large closet and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with queen bed, crib and a large closet, full bathroom and a loft space with 2 twin size bunk beds. A second small loft can be accessed from a ladder in the hallway, this space is a perfect little reading nook or kids hang out space. The finished lower level has a second kitchen, bedroom with full size bed, family room with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV and Foosball table, full bathroom with shower and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the association in-ground pool and tennis courts.

***Restrictions: NO PETS / NO SMOKING. PETS are not allowed by the association, $500.00 fine for non-compliance. Parking includes 2 spaces, overflow parking available***
***Exterior security camera located outside entry doors (front door and lower level back door)***

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TVs (streaming available - no cable), internet/WiFi, Pack n' Play, association in ground pool (summer only), outdoor grill and Foosball table. Linens and towels included.

Available for weekend and weekly rentals spring, summer and fall. Also available for winter ski season from November 1 - May 5 (Please call for details)

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

  Nice and clean place. The location is great if you have a car and want to be close to the city but in the woods. The kitchen is fully equiped.
  We enjoyed the place very much!
  The 2 bunk beds are on second floor but in one open place with the first floor living room. if you use only the 3 double bed rooms the place is perfect but if you need to use the bunk beds - they are not in a sperate room but part of the living room.
