  One thing I would do is light up the walk way to the front deck. At night you have to use a flashlight to get up to the front door. Put up lighted numbers for the condos so at night you can see what condos you are driving up to.Redo the steps going up to the deck, some boards were very loose. A couple of the kitchen table chairs were very loose and felt like they were going to break. Again overall a great place to stay that just needs a couple things to be updated. Thank you for letting us stay. 🤗

  We had a great stay at Kearsarge Woods. Condo was clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time playing games by the fire. We enjoyed family time at the bar downstairs with fooseball and darts. Only issue was the TV downstairs did not work. Select Realty is extremely helpful and flexible. We would rent at this location again.

  Nice and clean place. The location is great if you have a car and want to be close to the city but in the woods. The kitchen is fully equiped.
  We enjoyed the place very much!
  The 2 bunk beds are on second floor but in one open place with the first floor living room. if you use only the 3 double bed rooms the place is perfect but if you need to use the bunk beds - they are not in a sperate room but part of the living room.
