Bear Puddin’ may be just what you are looking for! This spacious and beautifully maintained 4 level townhouse is located in North Conway and includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeping for up to 10 people.

The main level features a large updated and fully stocked kitchen, with an attached sunroom for you to enjoy breakfast in. The dining room features a large table that can extend to 108” in the center of an open dining area that includes a Bluetooth stereo for the entire main level to enjoy. Bear Puddin’ also has a complete set of fine china (service set of 12), punch bowl, and wine/champagne glasses to make your special occasion even more enjoyable. The dining area opens to the upper living room, where you can enjoy stunning views of Cranmore Mountain, while sitting by the freestanding gas log stove. The upper living room also includes a large HD flat screen TV, DVD player, and a balcony that overlooks the spacious yard and beautiful views of Cranmore Mountain.

Upstairs are the first two bedrooms, featuring a luxurious master suite with a king size bed, beautiful mountain views, a Bluetooth stereo, two large closets and a full bathroom that features both a bathtub and walk in shower. The master suite also contains a large built-in desk for those that require office space while on vacation. Down the hall is another bedroom with two double beds with an attached full bathroom and two spacious closets.

A few steps down from the main floor is the second living room with more stunning views. The lower living room is outfitted with a comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV, DVD player with dozens of DVDs, and a library of books to read by the gas fireplace. Enjoy family game night at the game table with the closet full of games that are available at Bear Puddin’. There is little reason to leave the lower living room because it also includes a mini fridge, microwave and a half-bathroom. Also on this level is a centrally located full size washer and dryer, as well as an iron/ironing board and drying rack. Down the hall, you will find the third bedroom with two double beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and another large closet.

Make your way downstairs to the fourth level, which can either be used as a fourth bedroom, a quiet getaway, or a kid’s paradise! The fourth level is fully equipped with a foosball table, air hockey table, twin size bunk bed, a comfortable full-sized sleeper sofa, flat screen HD TV, DVD player, and a large closet.

This stunning property has loads of extras including, but not limited to, winter sleds, fondue set, indoor s’mores maker, both a full size blender, as well as a smaller NutriBullet size blender, sandwich press, indoor grill, both a traditional size coffee pot as well as a French Press, crockpot for those cozy winter meals, landline phone with unlimited long distance and office supplies. This family friendly property also caters to the youngest of guests with two highchairs, a Graco Pack and Play, kid themed plastic dish ware/cups/utensils/sippy cups, outlet protectors, nightlights (for every bedroom), as well as child friendly games and books geared to a variety of ages. All four bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer. Did you forget something at check in? No worries....all bathrooms also have a starter setup of misc amenities.

Bear Puddin’ is in a private location with direct access to hiking, snow shoeing, biking and snowmobile trails and is less than 5 minutes to North Conway Village with several great shops, incredible restaurants, and minutes from Cranmore Mountain.

  This seasonal rental home is outstanding. Close to North Conway shops, restaurants, grocers and all Conway has to offer. Quiet community in beautiful setting with hiking and skiing close by. View of ski mountain and lovely grounds. Well stocked kitchen, with all amenities. Very clean and response from owners was immediate. 3 bedrooms each with attached bathrooms very convenient. Additional 1/2 bath and bunk beds downstairs, a great addition. 2 living rooms with tvs! Great for our visiting family from babies to older adults. Outfitted with everything we needed for all of us including booster seats, pack and play, games, books, and toys for all ages. Plenty of storage and great entryway for boots, coats, etc. The owners have thought of everything..... This was the best accommodations we have found in the Valley for our family. Owners added so many nice touches to welcome us into their home. Highly recommend this vacation home.
