Spacious North Conway free standing home with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeping for up to 10 people. Close to downtown, great restaurants, boutique & outlet shopping and outdoor activities.

Enter in through the lower level, here you will find a great entertainment room with sofas, flat screen TV and bar area, bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is the main living space. Large living room with stone fireplace and slider doors that let in plenty of natural light and lead out to a great deck, dining area with two tables and kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space. The main level also includes a large bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed with twin on top and double bed on the bottom and a Jack and Jill bath.

Upstairs you will find a loft space with twin size bed, bedroom with queen bed, another bedroom with queen bed and a full bath.

The top floor is a private bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.

Amenities include: gas grill, fire pit, cable TV, surround sound, internet, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Keurig single serve coffee maker and standard coffee maker, *summer only* two 12,000 BTU window air conditioning units in the living room..

***Note: Sheet sets and towels are not provided for your stay; However, blankets, comforters and pillows are supplied. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.***

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

  The rental was huge and the AC was nice. The location is prime to everything North Conway has to offer. The trash disposal being a 30 second walk behind the house was extremely convenient. The only downside was the lower level bedroom and floors being extremely dusty and causing my young son to have an asthma reaction. There was some giant Indian headdress painting sculpture idk but it harbored A LOT of dust and danced.

  The house was very nice, on a peaceful,wooded lot and close to all we had planned. We enjoyed staying there, plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. It’s a bit older so the sliders are bit hard to open and the windows on the upper floors were broken. We enjoy sitting outside so my only small complaint is with the outdoor chairs. They were dirty or broken. We would have appreciated better outside seating.
