The main living area features a kitchen fully equipped and stocked with pots/pans and cookware, a breakfast bar for 2, dining area with seating for 6 and living room with wood burning stove, tv, and sliders to the deck and screened porch. The screened porch is perfect for relaxing or outdoor entertaining. This level also has a bedroom with a full bed and tv (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom. The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed (sleeps 2), one with a queen bed (sleeps 2) and tv, and a ¾ bathroom. The lower level has spacious family room, enjoy watching tv or playing board game at the table, and 2 folding twin beds (each sleeps 1). Outside features include a gas grill, charming firepit area, and access to 2 kayaks for use on the near by Pea Porridge Ponds. Located in Eidelweiss Village you’re just a short drive sandy beaches on the Pea Porridge Ponds and Silver Lake, basketball, playgrounds, and the countless opportunities of North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley.

Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Woodstove, Pellet Stove, TVs, DVD, Ceiling fan, Internet, Screened Porch, Gas Grill, Outdoor Furniture, Outdoor Fire Pit - FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED, 2 Kayaks, and AC units for the 2 upstairs bedrooms and one unit for the main level (summer months only).

Available: With 3 night minimum summer stays, and for fall, winter, and spring short-term rentals

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in is 4pm.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations without exception are subject to the forfeiture of the processing fee + tax. All STR cancellations without exception within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies including fees, deposits and advance rents made on the reservation.
