Offering approximately 2,800 square feet of space, this comfortable home gives families and groups plenty of room to gather—and plenty of room to spread out. The main living room features a large wraparound sectional, additional seating, a collection of board games, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer.

Share meals and conversation around the large dining table, which seats up to eight guests. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, ample cabinetry, and everything needed to prepare family meals. A second breakfast table provides additional casual seating.

Just beyond the kitchen, a separate family room with a flat-screen TV offers another comfortable place to relax. Sliding glass doors open onto the private back deck, where you can sip your morning coffee, grill dinner, dine outdoors, or unwind in the lounge chairs. In the evening, gather around the backyard fire pit beneath the stars.

The partially finished lower level offers some additional space for guests to spread out. It includes a TV area, bar with seating, ping pong table, tabletop foosball, and a washer and dryer available for guest use.

The home sits on a quiet, wooded corner lot bordering Echo Lake State Park and is just minutes from Cathedral Ledge, Diana’s Baths, the Saco River, and downtown North Conway.   I've been renting in North Conway for the past 10 years; a family/friends summer vacation that has turned into tradition. This is the first time renting this property. It is in the perfect location. It is so quiet and peaceful, near Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths and the Saco, and downtown is right around the corner. The house is huge. More than enough room for what we needed with 2 living rooms and a finished downstairs. There is some wear here and there, but that is to be expected. The 2-car garage (perfect for storing my motorcycle) had a terrible odor that needed airing out, almost like cat urine (and later determined to possibly be 3 decaying mice in the trash bin). The master bedroom is huge. The air conditions in the windows were a plus for sure. Two full sized bathrooms allowed for "no waiting". We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard with plenty of seating. The grill and deck table/chairs were perfect for dinner and morning coffee. I rode my motorcycle several of the days going into VT, ME, and every notch I could find; totaling 965 miles while others enjoyed swimming, floating in the Saco, going to the Kanc and Lincoln, shopping, etc. Only 2 days we had some rain and that slowed me down enough to get some shopping and relaxing at the property in before our time was up. I'd certainly recommend this property and will look into it again in the future. Thank you for renting to me.

  We had actually chosen a different property and found out upon arrival that a worker mixed up dates and the rugs were cleaned and wet. They wouldn’t be dry for 12 hours. I called and spoke with Courtney and she immediately found this house. It was a perfect replacement. Will rent again. Spacious and very comfortable.   We had a great weekend away at echo by the ledge. The pictures were all very accurate of the property. The house is a little outdated/old fashioned but its what we were expecting. The house has a lot of space and could sleep over 10 people! The house was clean and in a great location. It is less than 10 minutes away from Downtown North Conway center and Cranmore Mountain.

  A couple groups of parents and our young adult boys for a weekend ski trip. What a perfect location not even three minutes from the center of town. 15 minutes from the mountain and exactly enough space for everyone to spread out. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed bed linens were clean and comfortable. basement area is perfect for the teenage boys after a day of skiing to chill listen to music and play games while the adults relaxed upstairs together. Lots of games available to play our favorite Scrabble. Will be looking into going back..
