This tri-level townhouse offers plenty of room to spread out while still providing a comfortable gathering space for family and friends. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area with a beautiful stone fireplace for cozy winter evenings. A bathroom with shower is also located on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find a loft seating area and a bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The lower level includes a bedroom with two twin bunk beds, a second queen bedroom, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a washer and dryer.

Enjoy easy access to Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat and Black Mountain, along with North Conway's restaurants, shopping and all the winter activities the Mount Washington Valley has to offer.

A fantastic opportunity to settle in for the season and enjoy everything North Conway has to offer without the hassle of weekend travel.

Main Level: Open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath (shower) and access to back deck.

Second Level: Sitting area with sofa and bedroom with queen size bed.

Lower Level: Bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds (sleeps 4 total), bedroom with queen size bed and full bath (combination tub/shower) and stackable washing machine and clothes dryer.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, fire place (Duraflame Logs ONLY), gas grill and deck with outdoor dining furniture. *Summer only - One 12000 BTU window unit air conditioner in the living room*

Available for weekend and weekly rentals during the Spring, Fall and winter, 3 night minimum during the Summer.

** Note: It’s important to remember to bring sheets and towels based on your bedding and bath needs, as we do not provide them. Blankets, comforters, and pillows are supplied at the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.**

  Great spot for our family of 6! We enjoy the spacious main floor for gathering around the fireplace and family time. We also appreciated that this rental had plenty of space to dry our ski gear and a mud room to corral all our snowy shoes. The townhouse was in good shape and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. We could not get the sauna to work, but that was the only downside of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay and hope to come back next winter!

  Kitchen/baths were very clean. although found a few cobwebs in bedrooms, light fixtures, fireplace. other than that, it's a very nice condo. close to center of town and storyland.

  We had such a lovely stay here, it's so close to the mountain (Cranmore) and it was so cozy. We will definitely be coming back to this townhouse!
