Layout:

Entry – Office area / spacious mudroom / laundry room with washer and dryer.

Main Level – Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. Family room with woodstove, full bathroom with jetted tub and shower, access to 2 car garage.

Lower Level – Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with shower, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a full bath with combination tub/shower.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, fireplace, woodstove, jetted bath tub, gas grill, large deck and 2 car garage.

Available for 6 month winter season rental, November 1, 2023 – May 4, 2024. Please call for details.

** Note: It’s important to remember to bring sheets and towels based on your bedding and bath needs, as we do not provide them. Blankets, comforters, and pillows are supplied at the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.**

  We had a wonderful experience with Select Real Estate and with this great chalet and its owners. The home is lovely, in the perfect location with views of Attitash and within walking of Mt Stanton. Select and the owners thought of everything. Home has two large family rooms and plenty of space for family. Really nice art work. House well stocked with games and large dining room table. Lovely fire place and wood burning stove. Great bonus was two car garage. Loved this so much we are leasing next year!
