Located just a stone’s throw from Silver Lake, the home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps up to 10 guests. The main level features a bright, comfortable living area with a wraparound sofa, flat-screen TV, board games, and an open dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials and a dishwasher, making meals easy and convenient. Two queen bedrooms and a full hallway bath are also located on this level. (The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.)
The lower level includes a cozy family room, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace, along with two additional bedrooms—one with a full bed and one with a twin bunk bed—and a full bathroom.

Outdoor spaces include a sunny deck with a gas grill and bistro table, plus a picnic table in the yard for relaxed outdoor dining. Just 300 feet away, guests can enjoy a sandy beach on pristine Silver Lake. Two junior sit-on-top kayaks and two single kayaks are provided for exploring the lake.

  The location is amazing, 300 feet from a private (shared with just the residents of the cul de sac), sandy beach. There are 4 kayaks and life vests of all sizes, and even fishing rods. The house is older and could use some cob web cleaning, but overall was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you may need. The location is quite central. 2 hours from Boston. 25-30 min to Lake Winnepesake. 30 min to Dianna’s baths. 1.5 hrs to Portland, ME. We had a wonderful time!

  We had a wonderful time at the cottage - the location is gold! There was plenty of room for all of us (eight total). The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook dinners every day. The kayaks provided were awesome, and much enjoyed! Heating and A/C both worked well, and the washer/dryer were a bonus. The yard could use some trimming and general maintenance. We made some wonderful memories here, and would rent again! Thank you.
