Whether your seeking some fun in the sun or skiing the peaks, this lovely cottage has what you need for a relaxing getaway!

Just a "stones throw" from Silver Lake you will find this welcoming cottage with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeping for up to 10 people. The main living area is complete with large living room with wrap around sofa (also pullout bed), flat screen TV and array of board games, dining area with ample seating and kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials and a dishwasher. Off the main living area are the first 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom off the hallway (not a "Jack and Jill" style bath). *Please note, the fireplace in the living room is NOT available for guest use.*

The lower level is where you will find 2 more bedrooms, family room and full bath. The family room includes comfortable seating, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace for some added ambiance and heat. The third bedroom sleeps 2 people with a double/full size bed and the forth bedroom sleeps an additional 2 people on twin size bunk bed. The lower level also shares a full bath with shower.

Off the main living area is a sunny deck with gas grill and small table with two chairs, making this a perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a quiet evening under the stars. You may also enjoy dining al fresco in the yard at the wooden picnic table.

In addition to these great outdoor amenities, the house is only 300 feet from a beautiful sandy beach on pristine Silver Lake. The home owners have graciously provided 2 junior sit on top kayaks and 2 single kayaks for guests to explore the lake.

Amenities Include: Linens, towels, air conditioning, cable TV, internet, Smart TV, board games, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, outdoor gas grill, 2 youth kayaks, 2 single kayaks, hammock, beach chairs, cooler and picnic table.

This property does not have a boat mooring. If you wish to launch your motorized boat, you will need to use the Silver Lake boat launch. A non-resident permit is required to use the boat launch. Availability: 2 night minimum stay through the spring, fall and winter (minimum night requirement may vary for holidays). Summer minimum 7 night stay Saturday - Saturday.

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

***Cancellation Policy: All cancellations without exception are subject to the forfeiture of the processing fee + tax. All cancellations without exception within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies including fees, deposits and advance rents.

  We had a wonderful time at the cottage - the location is gold! There was plenty of room for all of us (eight total). The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook dinners every day. The kayaks provided were awesome, and much enjoyed! Heating and A/C both worked well, and the washer/dryer were a bonus. The yard could use some trimming and general maintenance. We made some wonderful memories here, and would rent again! Thank you.
