With two bedrooms, two full baths, and a Murphy bed for additional guests, it’s an inviting home base for families, couples, and their four-legged companions looking to enjoy all the White Mountains have to offer.

Recently renovated throughout, the home offers a thoughtfully designed layout with a spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area, along with a separate living room that provides a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you're preparing meals, enjoying family game night, or unwinding with a movie, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather. Step outside to the backyard, where you can fire up the BBQ, enjoy meals in the fresh mountain air, play yard games, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Located in the Cranmore Shores community, the home is within walking distance of peaceful 120-acre Pequawket Pond, where you can enjoy the large sandy beach, take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water, kayak, canoe, fish, or simply relax while taking in the beautiful White Mountain views. You'll also be just minutes from North Conway's shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and year-round attractions.

Planning to spend the winter in the White Mountains? Peaks and Paws is available for a 4-month or 6-month seasonal rental. This comfortable home is an ideal choice for snowbirds, remote workers, traveling professionals, or anyone seeking an extended White Mountains getaway. Conveniently located near top ski resorts, snowmobiling trails, ice fishing, and other winter recreation, you'll have endless opportunities for adventure before returning to the warmth and comfort of your own private retreat.

• Cancellation: 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in
• No Hidden fees- all are included in your rate

Dog-Friendly Tips
Leash required (NH state law). Dogs are not permitted on public or association beaches. Nearby pet friendly spots: Four Your Paws Only bakery and store, Saco Bound canoe trips, NH State Parks/Hiking (excluding pavilions and beach areas and many Settler’s Green outlets.
